Would you like to help make the first annual Viet Cultural Fest a success?  Sign-up to be a Viet Cultural Fest volunteer.  The following opportunities are available:

Move-In and Setup:  Help with move in and setup of festival grounds and stages (Friday, 9/27)

 

Ticketing and Check-In:  Work with ticketing team to receive tickets, issue wristbands, check-in vendors

 

Security: Help to monitor the festival grounds for disruptive, suspicious activity. Maintain order during festival.

​

Program:  Assist with the program team to execute the events taking place throughout the festival including: Lantern Contest, Traditional Dress Contest, Pageant, Pho Eating Contest, Co Tuong Tournament, etc.

​

Traditional Games Station: Work with games team to run the traditional games area.

​

Vendor Support: Assist the vendors with logistics related to their booth

 

Move-Out and Breakdown:  Help with break down and move out of festival items from festival grounds and stages

 

All hours will count towards community service for your school or organization.
