Andrew Phong Vo

Andrew Phong Vo is a Managing Director with a distinguished 30-year career at Accenture, the world’s largest professional services company, serving Fortune Global 500 clients across six continents.

As Chief Transformation Officer, Middle East, he leads the acceleration of Accenture’s business and talent growth in one of the firm’s top strategic priority regions. He previously served as Head of Strategy & Consulting for Southeast Asia and as Chief Human Resources Officer for Asia Pacific, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.

A first-generation Vietnamese immigrant, Andrew arrived in the United States with his family in 1975, settling in Sugar Land, Texas. He attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he founded the Texas Iron Spikes community service organization and earned his BBA in Finance from the McCombs School of Business in 1995.

Deeply committed to expanding access to education, Andrew has endowed scholarships and excellence funds at UT; established the Vo Family Auditorium in the UT Admissions Welcome Center; and dedicated the Vo Family Lobby in the Texas Global building, honoring his parents, Montessori educators Dang and My Le Vo, while supporting UT’s international outreach.

Based abroad with his wife and nine-year-old boy-girl twins, Andrew remains closely connected to UT through service on the President’s International Board of Advisors, McCombs Dean’s Advisory Council, Chancellor’s Council Executive Committee, and the Forty Acres Society, where he is a past president.

A three-time commencement speaker for the McCombs School of Business, Andrew has been recognized with accolades including the Outstanding Young Texas Exes Award (2013) and induction into the McCombs School of Business Hall of Fame (2022). Recently, Andrew was presented the 2025 “Excellence in Business and Community Service” award by the Vietnamese American Heritage Foundation.
