Take exit Kirby Dr, turn left on Kirby Dr, turn right on McNee Rd, enter through Gate 10, pay for parking at the gate, and follow the directional sign to Viet Cultural Fest at NRG Center.

Houston Metro:

The MetroRail offers an affordable alternative. You can park at Fannin South Transit (1604 W Bellfort St, Houston 77054) or any other lot near the MetroRail. Take the Red Line, which will bring you to NRG Center. You will get off at the Stadium Park/Astrodome stop.
